Jaguar I-PACE Black goes official in India

In India, Jaguar Land Rover has released a Black Pack for its I-PACE SUV. It's included in the SE version.The model features both inside and out cosmetic modifications, as well as voice commands via Amazon Alexa. Alexa functionality will be added to other models of the brand via an OTA update.
Separately, the car's base S model has been removed from India's range.

Electric Motors and Battery

Two electric motors, one on each axle, produce a combined power output of 400PS and 696Nm in the Jaguar I-Pace. They can individually control the wheels, resulting in an AWD system that allows the I-Pace to accelerate from 0 to 100 kilometres per hour in under 4.8 seconds. The electric motors are powered by a 90kWh battery pack, which gives it a WLTP-estimated range of 470 kilometres (Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicles Test Procedure). We expect this amount to fall below 400km in the actual world. The electric SUV from Jaguar has seating for up to five passengers.
 

Charging

The I-Pace can be charged from 0 to 100% in roughly 14 hours using a 7.4kWh AC wallbox charger. The I-Pace can be charged at 100 percent in about two hours using the more powerful 50kW DC charger. You can interact with I-PACE using the Jaguar Remote app2 on your smartphone. Check the state of charge, charging status, charge rate, anticipated EV range, and other indicators on your automobile.
