Mahindra XUV300 EV will be unveiled at the 2020 Auto Expo and will go on sale in H2 2021.

At the Auto Expo 2020, Mahindra showcased a concept version of the XUV300 EV. By the second part of 2021, the electric SUV will be available.
Mahindra is focusing on electrified automobiles this year. Mahindra has introduced the XUV 300 EV, following the successful debut of the KUV 100 EV. The electric SUV was first shown as a concept, with a production version expected in the second half of 2021.The XUV300 EV's technical characteristics will be disclosed closer to the debut date. After the recently released KUV, it will be India's sixth electric SUV. In addition, the Tata Nexon EV is a direct competitor to the Mahindra XUV300 EV.

According to reports, the XUV300 will be equipped with a 40 kWh battery capable of producing 130 BHP and up to 250 Nm of peak torque. However, Mahindra previously stated that the EV will have a driving range of 300 kilometres. The EV's overall design is identical to that of the ICE-powered variant. The former features an EV-spec front grille, no air vents, different alloy wheels, and is painted White with Blue accents all over the body.

Inside, there's a new touchscreen infotainment system and a very identical centre console. There's also a twin-pod analogue speedometer with a huge MID that displays battery range, charge, status, and other information. The XUV 300 EV is likely to be priced competitively by Mahindra. The Nexon EV, on the other hand, is priced from Rs 13.99 Lakhs to Rs 15.99 Lakhs (ex-showroom). To compete, we anticipate that the E XUV300 will be priced similarly.

In addition, Mahindra has introduced the Funster EV prototype. It is a two-door convertible 100% electric automobile. It should be noted that this is only a concept automobile and will not be produced.
